Located in Traverse City‘s Slabtown, this luxury condo building designed by Jonathan Lee Architects has easy access to beaches and trails along West Grand Traverse Bay. The neighborhood is known as Slabtown because many of the original residents were laborers in the old waterfront sawmills, and they built homes here with scraps of wood salvaged from the mills. Another new Slabtown development designed by Jonathan Lee Architects, SNL & Acqua feature convenient access to all the amenities Traverse City has to offer. The neighborhood retains much of its historical architectural charm. Sleder’s Family Tavern, located nearby, was built in 1882 as a social club for the local woodworkers and it is still a favorite today.
